never ever work in this company.
The good thingsActually, nothing good. If really want me to say one good thing, got free battery for employee to take.
The challengesmanager like you, then you are safe. If they don't like you, your life is suffer everyday. The vice president is a rude guy, no respect worker at all. The CS team leader rude as well.

    Very basic HK company
The good thingsThe colleagues here are great, and the employees are highly experienced, so there’s a lot you can learn from them.
The challenges 1. Office politics are deeply ingrained in the culture. 2. If you’re not in their good books, they may sideline you by creating roles that make you feel unnecessary. 3. Employee benefits are minimal, offering just the basics. 4. The company resists change, so if you’re someone who thrives on innovation, this might not be the right fit for you. 5. The management seems more focused on blaming others rather than addressing issues with concrete evidence. 6. Decision-making is inconsistent; plans are frequently reversed, making it difficult to trust the direction. 7. Success here often depends more on talking your way through than on actual performance.

The good thingsI did enjoy working at GP because I learnt various knowledge here such as engineering, purchasing process, dealing with vendor, etc. My supervisor is really kind to teach me some mechanical engineering knowledge which I did not learn in my university. Besides, the working environment is very good as in colleagues are friendly.
The challengesCommunication between local employee and the technician from China needed to be more focus on. One person that speaks Mandarin to learn all machine operation from China technician and make a user manual to pass the knowledge to local technician.

    Engineering Internship In GP Batteries
The good things1) The community is great and easy to approach. 2) Plenty of opportunities to learn since new machines are introduced frequently. 3) Management took interns seriously and organized special programs for interns. 4) Plenty of room for innovation to improve the machines.
The challenges1) Work may not be presented to you if you do not initiate. 2) Communication is vital there, especially in Malay and Chinese. Translations are frequently done for documents and verbally. However as an intern it can be a pro since you learn more that way. 3) Efficiency can be improved (eg. Doing certain tasks).

If you wanna learn fast , you have come to the right place
The good thingsA great place for learning and development, good learning opportunities given and genuine guidance from top management. Creativity and new idea are welcome and accepted by management.
The challengesAdditional job scope maybe added as this is a startup environment, if you can manage this you will spend very little time for the most earning. Working in this site could face challenges by daily basis, but this is the place you can grow the fastest.
