Supportive colleagues but leadership and workplace culture need improvement
The good thingsI enjoyed working with many supportive and friendly colleagues. Team members often helped each other and maintained good camaraderie, which made daily work more manageable despite challenges.
The challengesThere were concerns regarding the leadership direction and decision-making at the top management level. In some cases, a lack of industry experience and expertise affected operational decisions. Communication between management and employees could also be improved. The company could benefit from strengthening leadership capability, improving HR practices, and creating a healthier workplace culture that encourages transparency, professionalism, and respect among all levels of employees.

good experience to gain knowledge. easy to grow next level if know how to tackle management. need to work hard and struggle alone to solve any issue.
The good thingseasy to grow to next level. just follow instructions and do a good job.
The challengestoo many self-keeping knowledge. hard to get knowledge from senior staff. management cannot really manage their subordinate. Only give motivation talk every day without any solution on the issue.
