On time salary but potential employees not really appreciated by recent management!
The good thingsStaff benefit in term of EPF, leaves, medical benefit is good.
The challengesWorking with FELDA management which is expert in palm oil plantation and managed the hotel make all the operation and administration become harder and complicated. Old hotel make a huge challenge if you are in the customer service section such as receptionist and sales person. Hotel is never been renovated since opening and minor maintenance work only. The management expection to be 5 stars hotel service but forgotten about hotel overall conditions especially rooms.
