    Penang Island Penang3 to 4 years in the role, current employee
    Perfect HOD roles in the department influencing and encouraging the subordinate to work effeciently. However, the compensation & benefit package need to be improve to be more competitive with other company especially MNC company.
    The good thingsMy HOD. Love working with my HOD now. HOD understand the flow of work and revamp the flow to ease subordinate's work.
    The challengesThe compesantion & benefit package. But the company are revising and improving the package starting last year
