Don't come to this toxic rabbit hole, especially O group
The good thingsPay is market rate and always on time, but the learning curve is tough. You rely on last year’s files, managers give little to no guidance, and they open tons of RNs later, causing trial-and-error and wasted time. By the time you fix old mistakes, new files comes in and everything just snowballs.
The challengesOT till night/midnight including weekends is a norm in here, no work life balance at all, even outfield has to back office to rush for deadlines. Nepotism and favorism everywhere, see who makes managers happy, those will rise rank much faster, but be prepared to treat company as your 2nd home, your own home will be just a place to sleep.

The good thingsFor Muslims, friday prayers are given ample time, other than that, they have a coffee machine (free if im not mistaken), and good working environment.
The challengesWorking space is very cramped, and there is a limited amount of printers to be used on 1 floor.

A good stepping stone on career. No life at all.
The good thingsA good pathway to learn and grow. Able to involve in listed co audit and IPO.
The challengesNo life at all, everyday OT until midnight, have to work on weekends and even public holiday. Some of the managers do not appreciate on your hard work.

Busy work life as an audit intern but I learnt a lot from this experience
The good thingsInterns would learn a lot from the work experience here. I would recommend any fresh graduates to work here.
The challengesAudit interns have a lot of responsibility to support other staff members. Balance work-life and juggling an array of different responsibilities at the same time.

    A great learning platform
The good thingsThis is a good place to gain experience at your own pace. Learning curve is undeniably steep, but the superiors will be there to give hands-on guidance, and not merely learning through seniors. You just have to learn fast and be initiative. I love this place, everyone is close knitted just like a family, even our Senior Executive Director could hang out and chill with us during lunch time.
The challengesNot much training will be provided by the firm, at least not from an external source. Occasionally we will have internal training or sharing sessions, but it will not be enough if you want to achieve a higher accomplishment. Either you learn on your own, do your own research, study on your own, otherwise the internal trainings will not be enough.
