    The good thingsTop management willing to guides in every aspects. Top management also know how to take care of the employees welfare and willing to sponsor for a workshop to develop the employee. Colleagues also willing to teach and friendly. Working time is flexible where by top management will give employees time in case of emergency matter. Easy communicate with top management and colleagues.
    The challengesDifficult to communicate with authority such as local authorities and consultant. Do not have a firm procedure for reference. Transportation and accommodation are not provided.
