An agronomist is a scientist who studies, researches and tends crops.
The good thingsThe best part about this job is being able to work outside with different crops and equipment. It is also very rewarding to see how we work helps farmers, such as improving crop yields and creating cost effective solutions to everyday problems.
The challengesIncrease the labor force to ease the work. Therefore, increase the use of machines and technology on big scale farming such as commercial.

manage the farm and crops with high technology and mechanization.
The good thingsYes, I am. This is because my employer always give his support to me to manage the farm and crops. I also are given the opportunities to drive the tractors and learn how to handle the workers and the steps to become the young entrepreneur.
The challengesSometimes, its very tiring and challenging because the weather is too hot and we do not have enough workers, so as staffs, we must help the workers to make sure all works are done on exact time. Sometimes, I also want to make a research in the laboratory and biotechnology to improve my knowledge and skills.
