    Good exposure but poor management team
    The good things- Have the chances to expose into niche markets. - Have the opportunity to work with people from different countries. - Steep growth curve. - Have good and friendly colleagues, seniors and supervisors.
    The challenges- Terrible management style by the board and top management team. - Long working hours. - Reward doesn't match with the result. - Benefit was below average. - Lack of standardization on management styles and reward systems between different departments. - Lack of transparency and openness.

    The good things*Will give opportunity to involve in different department Job *Will had opportunity work with different country colleague (Depends on Department) *Colleaguessssss -Friendly -Warm -Sweet -Gentlemen -helpful -sharing -……………. they are shy on the beginning, will become more and more funny… *Feel Free to select any an hour lunch break -you can delay your lunch time from normal lunch hour if you feel super full after take your breakfast like a King -you can delay your lunch time from normal lunch hour to avoid crowded people -you can take your lunch earlier than normal lunch time as well -you can Jalan Jalan in mid valley after had your lunch (within lunch hour). Of Course, you can continue Jalan after working hour…. -………….

    Not a place to start your career
    The good thingsMajority of your work is done by yourself, mostly Self learning and limited guidance.
    The challengesThe management doesnt care about the staff. Bossy type of management. Benefits of the company is fairly basic. Dont expect to flourish your career here. All the best.
