2. Do not needs a lot modern philosophy like DI, OOP, GoF etc
3. Friendly Colleagues (a lot might have left, not sure condition now)
4. May still able to go back on time most the time (but it is depending on branches management culture)

The challenges1. You needs to have good relationship with Management
2. Deal with a lot old technology
3. No flexible working hours and must come within the range or else half day leave to apply
4. No bonus or less than a month and increment lower
5. Not suitable to those looking for high-tech or modern tech
6. Project management remains old fashion, no Scrum or Agile
