    Good experiance, kind people and always helpful.
    The good thingsFinance Department was very helpful and taught me so much as i was a fresh graduate when joined here. Hopefully they will be always helpful and kind as they treated me. They treated me really well so far. I have improved a lot and now i know so many thiings in accounts payable side. I also happy because i hope the knowledge i got here will be very useful for me in my future and i can be a succesful person and a better person in future with all that i have learned.

    The challengesMD should not get personal with his comments on subordinates and expect too much. For example, do not ask questions about something when your subordinates are not in a position to answer you.

    The good thingsThis is a result oriented company, I have my own initiative and ideas to generate the output which aligned with company goals. Besides, they are also keen to develop the staffs. This is a stressful company but I Can feel my real achievement
