    The good thingsGood employees are collaborating well in the journey of transformation. From a conventional management style towards a well established multinational organization. All rounded improvement from processes, compensation and benefits, transparencies, safety, 5S, workplace harmony, training and development, etc. We are at the right directions.     The good thingsA lots of improvement have been done, culture change in progress which the bad culture been slowly eliminate with the new management team and employee, compliance and healthy business are slowly in place.
