The two-sided coinThe good thingsDealing with challenging scenarios and unreasonable decisions caused by bureaucratic management style. However, it was equally interesting & satisfying. Employee were 'taught' to see and think from different angle to counteract those situations. People who survived the challenges are more ready to sustain in any difficult situations to come. It was indeed an excellent platform to gain experience.
The challengesThe biggest challenge was to juggle a balance between a human-kind and as an employee without compromising one's principle and jeopardizing the company's interest, in which are often contradictory. In some cases, it was really hitting the bottom-line to decide between 'do things right' (from mgmt point of view) or 'do the right things' (from personal point of view).
