The good thingsOpen communication with top management. Mostly regular hours. Paid overtime. Most co-workers are friendly and easy to mingle. Monthly birthday celebration and dinner. Subsidized food delivered to the office.
The challengesLess potential for growth. Middle managers may be a difficult to deal with. Vegetarian food manufacturing therefore meat is prohibited in the office premises.
