    A New Learning Management
    The good thingsLot of freedom even lateness or medical leave as boss is like a friend.
    The challengesOwner of company bring in staff from previous company to join new company. So often they take advantage as I mentioned above. Lot of empty promise from MD, but later unfulfilled.
