    Have a good and challenging work life.
    The good thingsI learned a lot of news about the application in others sectors which are using water pumps. You can have a lot of site experience when working here.
    The challengesLess guidelines and most of the times need to hands-on. My department supervisor do not have good technical knowledge and also very weak in management skill.

    First Job in Shah Alam
    The good thingsThe product trainings provided and the outstation team building provided. The overseas company trip was fruitful in bringing most staff together.
    The challengesSomehow realized slowly that management was biased to certain races. This hindered one from further advancement, in going up the career hierarchy in this company. Required to put in extra hours even during weekends - Saturdays due to overwhelming work at no overtime salary.

    The good thingsThe benefits. Every year there is an oversea company trip. I like it as there s colleague bonding. Fun and enjoy. There is 13 months salary with yearly incentive. Training for staff too.
    The challengesThe salary for staff. Too low and under market rate. If the salary can review as per market rate this would be good
