    Not bad at all as a merchandising intern.
    The good thingsColleagues always friendly with each other. I could learn knowledge about retail industries.
    The challengesSometimes I had overtime with merchandising team as we had to prepare for the arrival of shipment. We also need to have overtime for finishing labelling for the toys from the shipment.

    Unhealthy Work Environment
    The good thingsTeam culture because you only get positive vibes within your team not from management. The outlet environment is good because of you deal with customer & their kids
    The challenges-Not open to any discussion between management & staff -Trust Issue -Unhealthy working environment because most of HQ staff is inexperience & don’t know SOP. -Not recommend for those who seek career enhancement. -No medical card, no bonus, no increment, no dinner or staff appreciation no basic benefits at all only kwsp, socso/perkeso.

    Run the operation like manage staffs, do stock and merchandise, contribute sales
    The good thingsYour task do sales and same time you will enjoy because you play and have a communication with kids. Make them fun
    The challengesEnjoyed working here but thinking for a future. Need find more stable income and try for build new career
