    Definitely not the first company for fresh grad
    The good thingsSalary is medium-high range. Many benefits given to permanent staff. Rewards & recognition is regularly announced.
    The challengesPushy working environment. Chase people everyday for document preparation and sign off without giving some headspace to author and reviewer. Management focusses too much on right first time (RFT) that no one is allowed to make mistakes otherwise will go famous across the site.

    nothing is stable, 3 years at most
    The good thingsflexibility to work from home, nice pantry and office, location to most public transport, most staffs are nice, good allowance if work on weekends or public hols or AL, can buy a BMW or Rolls Royce anytime as you wish
    The challengesmany team fighting for 1 role, lack of personal career, manager development more than staff development, for IT it's bad don't waste your time here, frequent re-org lead to lay off - many department closed down. some IT functions still there lead but idling more than work, job title doesn't make sense and not is what called for, no carpark even waited 3 years, no contractual bonus with avg < 2 months disappointed for a super MNC.

    A good start for those who want to step-in pharmaceutical industry.
    The good thingsI like the environment here, where people are really professional in their work. The work life-balanced also implemented here. Office hour is flexible. You'll got a lot of finger foods at pantry with good coffee as well! Although I was an intern, but they'll treat you as their real worker too. Enjoy your time there.
    The challengesA fast pace environment. You have to learn a lot and be independent. Google is there when you don't know. The environment somehow can be very intense (well conflicts are everywhere). A bit teaser; high expectation will be awaited for you. Good luck!
