The challengesNo proper working SOP. Old school style management. No open way for idea suggestion. Top management not promoting for developing successor. Very high turnover. Security and Safety Unit only need to working shift hours, 5.5 days for executive while 6 days for officer. While other unit only working for 5 days. Which totally not fair. Incapable leader and not firm, always changing instruction. No teamwork spirit. Supervisor is boss not leader.
