    A typical chinaman company
    The good thingsThe pay and remuneration over here is fine, i would say market rate or slightly above market rate.
    The challengesBoss expect you to do everything which are out of your jobscope. He would expect your job scope as a manager while you are just an engineer. Boss expect you to handle mechanical, electrical, whatever things on the site while you're as a cns site engineer. Because the firm doesn't have any mne engineers.
