    Life in Gucci
    The good thingsI was a temporary sales associate for Gucci at sales period. What I impressed about my manager is that she was kind and fairly judge everything, since because it is in retail sector, sales performance is the way for other sales associates to gain their income, argument will do. Both of the management able to handle and solve it fairly with complete solution and ensure the work flow goes smooth.
    The challengesSince it is a luxury retail sector, of course the pricing is much more higher, so close sales is a challenging part since it involve a certain high amount. Besides, sales performance is important part for all of us, so surely there is always some office politic there, ex. taking others people sales and more. Stand and prepare for servicing for 8-9 consecutive hours is the suffering part .
