    The good thingsI'm enter this company when i'm fresh graduate.As a new beginner,there a lot of new things I need to learn.Luckly,all QC member really kindness where always support and motivates me till I understand their flow well.

    The good thingsLook like don't have good things in this company
    The challengesThe challenge is the company management is very free and some of senior post engineer in production work in retire mood. Beside that , assistant manager without a good management skills and cause the teamwork is not functioning well. HR department is the most headache to me. I not able to claim back the benefit that have state in agreement, such as OT ect.

    It is a good company for employee to go for retirement.
    The good thingsEmployees can work on saturday to replace the normal working day on weekday for longer holidays during public holidays.
    The challengesThey do not allow flexible working hours and annual leave only allow to accumulate until next year of March.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working as a team to this manufacturing company. As a team we face and resolve many challenges together over the periods of time. We miss our Taiwan bosses who give us opportunity to join the company and grant us opportunity to work together. They really know how to create synergy and use relevant information to make constructive decisions to move forward the whole organisation.
    The challengesOur main challenge in my 1st few months of joining is to extract relevant financial and non-financial information to assist Managing Director to have a much clearer picture of the strength and weaknesses of the organisations. As a team of this organisation, we discuss, dispute (on points not personal), analysis discuss for management to form construction decisions to move the whole organisation.
