    The good thingsGet to learn a lot of things in the company. They are receptive to your concerns and provide ample opportunities for growth. There is also work life balance.
    The challengesThe company is small, so the opportunities for advancement are limited. I would like to learn more about accounting and finance related subject that I am interested in but it is not available at my current employer.
