    Less chance for promotion
    The good thingsAdd on thousand tasks but KPI assessment remarks as you are not good to that point. Cannot be promoted with reason - you have no experience/ task carry on higher level position.
    The challengesWork smart or hard only on your tasks. There is no way for further step if your superior remain the same stage. And your promotion is judged by HR but not your reported.

    The good thingsThe management team (although has now fully changed) tried to create a good environment for the staff.
    The challengesThe head office didn't give enough empowerment to the management team to run its own business plans. There should have been less intervention and should have judged the management team more on results and not about actions.

    The good thingsThe location of the office is close to my home and other surrounding amenities. Good opportunity to work on an exciting mixed development project. Exposure to various trades and contractors involved. Working on high end project on a renowned site in Damansara Heights. Working along side managing directors and head of departments who are well respected individuals in the industry.
    The challengesDealing with car parking availability in the vicinity. Learning, adapting to the ever challenging office culture and cooperating with various generations of management team that came and went. Keep doing what is right even though people around me may not be encouraging. At all times be professional in dispute as what we do today will be the fruit of tomorrow.

    The good thingsThe pantry is good. Staff have a place to take a rest during break, have place to cook their own food with refrigerator and oven prepared. Filter water to drink.
