    The good thingsIn here you can learn a lot of management skill, project management from scratch until handover to the production. It take self initiative to learn about molding process, machine parameter, product care and lot of internal procedures which quite systematic. Then you are directly liase with customer since dfm stage and every else is always challenging.
    The challengesThe big effort of your work won’t be paid well when management always talk about company loss. Then the rest, always learn about new things & issues everyday which is good for career growth.

    The good thingsThe salary is ok if you are a fresh graduate. You can definitely learn then working culture as well gaining experience too.
    The challengesThey don't confirm you easily. Had to change to three departments on my probations time when there is no one to cover and this made my probations to get longer.

    The good thingsThe technician at this company very friendly and helpful to guide me on how to maintance the injection molding and extrusion blow molding machine like change the mould. They also always give advice about safety during the maintenance and show what's correct and what's wrong like how to install/uninstall mould nuts.
    The challengesI've faced many challenges during my intern. When i was assigned to crusher, i always must keep in mind the hardness of polyethylene product. This product can't crush with a lot on one go, it should crushed with a few on one go or otherwise the crusher will stucked.

    The good thingsI am monitor the assigned engineering projects, Next, Im also can monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Besides, perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. I also interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
    The challengesDelay my time until midnight at factory. Always ask me to come work on my holiday without give me any payment. This is for urgent case. I go to factory due to my responsibility to complete shipment for customer on my holiday.

    The good thingsI've manage to learn to be independent. I've got a chance to mingle with more foreign workers and from there i'v learn to upgrade my hindi language. I also have learned how important team work to lead a team for success.
    The challengesThe challenge was i need to stay back until late night due to settle my shipment. Their production planner should be train to plan well and give priority to important and urgent product. The management also should also consider their ability to finish their order before commit to the customers.
