From the job, it gave me clearer concept about how the real business world function. Besides, the colleague of this company were friendly and helpful. They were willing to provide guidance and advice when I had questions or faced problems.
The challengesThe company did not provide proper training session for new employees. Therefore, I had to learn from seniors and sometimes even learnt by myself. At the initial stage, it was quite a tough period for me as I had no idea about the entire business process and procedures of the company.
