    The good things-Lots of learning opportunity as the firm is in rather a niche sector - Fleet Management -Friendly working environment as everybody talks to each other -Diverse employees pool -Great work-life balance as long as duties are filled
    The challenges-The Firm cares a lot about serving new and retaining customers and this could create tension -There are a lot of moving parts within the company; one might not be able to meet the coworkers who are stationed in a different state but yet have to co-ordinate serving the clients.
