    The challengesMost engineers wont give you work as most of the work requires expertise. You must go and ask work yourself otherwise you'll just end up sitting at your desk.

    The good thingsThe company provides good benefits (both tangible and intangible) which solely aims at ensuring that all employees are happy in the non-work related environment. We do love our regular makan-makan functions. Activities such as quarterly birthday celebrations, bi-monthly makan-makan sessions, company dinners, company trips, team building events, festive season celebrations, weekly futsal and badminton sessions are just some of the examples.
    The challengesBeing in a customised project-based engineering and manufacturing company has its fair share of challenges. Dealing with customers and the volatile nature of ETO business is difficult at times. It is a must to be a fast learner and having the flexibility to react positively to situations and then to have the initiative and resolve to see it through.

    The good thingsNice office environment with pantry facilities, European working styles, excellent e-learning tools from Schneider electric, benefits are good.
    The challengesOffice politics from several top management especially HR playing the unfaithful role, low increment with low bonus which not aligned with current high living expenses and high inflation rate.
