    The challengesPoor organization management, unrealistic target without excuse. GM himself have bad perception of every employees, wont accept others opinions and a typical bad boss.

    The best working environment
    The good thingsFriendly and good workers that can help you doing your job comfortably. The environment around this factory is also peaceful and calm. Need to stand while working but can have good friends around your area of working
    The challengesNeed to practice a lot in becoming an operator since you need to have a fast hands movement while working. Also, need to be friends with foreigners from other countries especially from Nepal. Be good with the top management officer

    The good thingsA lot of thing learnt at there, even though the place quite messy, a lot of stress, lot of workload, but i think it's a good place for to begin your career. You will learn a lot, you will know a lot and you will gain a lot. The workers are good, helping each other. A place to gain challenge in life.

    The challengesTraining frequency need to be identified (monthly, yearly etc). Staff at every level should be given opportunity to participate in training. Every staff should be given opportunity to participate in giving ideas to management.
