    The good things- Frequent engagement sessions for employees - Above average benefits: insurance and outstation allowances
    The challenges- Toxic top management who only care about numbers. - HR without backbone and fully supports top management.

    Struggled with a bad boss
    The good thingshelpful and caring team members. Hach was acquired in H2 of 2020, a lot of changes that we are able to share with managements, only a matter if they are open with the changes or not.
    The challengesNew team, still haywire here and there. Unfortunately, was placed under a poor boss (definitely not a leader type), so the workdays was pretty much unpleasant.
