    Lots of conflicts between employees and the company. Mostly no salaries, you have to go to police to force them.

    The good thingsThe company has experienced and exposure in east Asia businesses, which is good for a local company. Flexible environment in the office.
    The challengesInternal issues in managing documentations and payments, especially to ex staff where they hold their claims.
