    The challengesLevel of knowledge on proper process development, operation document update and moving towards improvement is challenge. Rather than saying dislike I would say a challenge to change their mind set for betterment.

    Challenging yet Enjoyable
    The good thingsIts a newly set up MNC in Penang, there are many new areas for learning. It has good environment as the workforce are consider low, as such office politics are very minimal. Everyone know each other in office and willing to lend a helping hand.
    The challengesAs it is still new, there are many processes that need enhancement and improvement. Therefore, require spending more time to work things out. Poor internal control and documentation. Finance team is required to work on weekend during closing of accounts once a month.
