    The good thingsEmployer show their care and often ask whether we're feeling well or not. Employer don't scold people without proof and always give valid reason to convince people
    The challengesNot working there for very long, i work there during my holiday break. I feel that the space for packaging is quite small because items to be pack will be over everywhere in the room.

    The challengescommunication, as all the managers are mandarin educated, I was the only non chinese senior executive, most of company circulars and meeting are conducted in Mandarin
