The good thingsFriendly, place to learn new experience, but there is no career progression.
The challengessince is family business, you learn to do multi task, and able to give 130% effort.

The good thingsI really enjoy the environment in Hai Soon Leong and have learnt new things in food industry.
The challengesI am faced a few challenge which everything need to be rush. Then, I have learnt how to manage my time properly based on how urgent that work so that the urgent need to do first. Second, I have learnt how food industry is running.
