    The good things1. For me, I met a bunch of friendly colleagues (but they all left). 2. Good allowances 3. Can outstation sometimes
    The challenges1. Director doesn't appreciate employees (even designers face the opportunity to be transferred to waiters) 2. Poor Management 3. Many unrelated job scope 4. Expect messages and phone calls on your rest days and after your working hour has finished

    The challengesCustomer's needs are hard to satisfied sometimes is too demanding, Company's cultures are hard to adapt as its vary from our country. There is long working hours and management teams are too demanding from staff.
