    The challengesSlow career growth movement. Weak on-increment mechanism because your performance is unlikely to be considered even though performance grading is sent yearly. fewer chances for internal talent to grow.

    Its Still An Evolving Company
    The good thingsThe direction it is going is definitely for the better ! New management culture is being implemented to redesign how this company should be working ! Perks and Benefits are on par with GLCs/private sectors so should be much complaints especially on leave entitlements.
    The challengesBy trying to change, it is facing stiff resistance from internal (long serving) employees. Office politics is slightly magnified here where you have different camps and little napoleans. Working here, you need to be truthful to yourself but yet able to mix with people that are mostly on the end of the employee quadrant. Sometimes the knowledge of the outside world for these employees is really low and that can be challenging when communicating ideas or work activities. Best way, kick the stubborn old ones and bring in new blood especially for middle management.

    The challengesThere have area that need to be improved such as - Working culture, mindset, environment - Acknowledge employee that give full commitment towards their work and organization. - Give opportunities for career enhancement for all staff especially at working level. - Rewards staff for their commitment and dedication.

    The good thingsAssist in analysis in preparation annual budget. Then i am also assisting Finance Manager/ Head of finance in preparation of GST implementation. Moreover, i am perform the administrative and processing function in respect to departmental record keeping and filing.
    The challengesThis company are providing training for people to build up business. Which is they will teach the step by step of the business for halal food or any product are using the ingredient of halal.
