    good place for who want to grow and learn.
    The good thingsvery friendly staff even they are your superior,senior staff or top management. they love you to ask lot of questions and teach you new things to improvise yourself until you can do it alone.
    The challengesyou cannot do overtime on sunday if you dont do it on a day before.

    The good thingsThe company’s benefits: 13th month, performance bonus, yearly increment. Company trip, annual dinner. Training and scholarship program. A lot of events organized by HR and ‘makan-makan’ session with the team.

    BAD Leaders.
    The good thingsThe salary. But if you really want to trade your work-life balance with the monthly salary, then I personally think that this place is a perfect place for you to work with.
    The challengesI love having a voice. The leaders are not open to hearing our voice. The company will try their best to retain the numbers of the employee regardless of the workloads are getting more challenging every day. It is a great challenge to work here but since the continuous improvement is not a thing with the leaders, working here is a big no!

    Great working environment
    The good thingsThe good things is I really like the work environment, friendly colleagues, tons of benefits. The employer also did well on resolving any staff issues. Work life balance is just about right for me. I've learnt and gained so much working here as my colleagues are very supportive.
    The challengesThe challenges. Well, after a while there's no really new challenges in my job as it just seems repetitive to me. I moved on because I like to experience new challenges and explore new things.

    Family-oriented company
    The good thingsPersonally, for me, the good things about this facility are, the people. They treat each other as if they are related by blood. I can proudly say that, they are my brothers & sisters from another mother. Other than that, the benefits. There are alots of benefits being given to the employee other than the higher salary package. They have family days, sports days & also company dinner.
    The challengesThere is not much of unpleasant point for them, but, there are a few of improvement that can be done in order to make it a better place. First, the flexibility of working hours. Not to say they have a strict hours, but, perhaps they can be a little bit lenient when its comes to break time. Second, there are a few people in the facility that trying to implement cronisym & for me, that is not good
