Good place for gain some experience but not suitable for fresh graduate.
The good thingsFreedom, not much disturbance from upper positions. So, you can do your works peacefully. Workloads are manageable and Salary also punctual, never late even 1 day.
The challengessince everyone already in their comfort zone so they are all not open for major changes, sometime good but not good for new staff. Students attitude also different, need to know how to tackle them as well. Therefore, it is quite challenging to impose any new things or any changes esp in management side.
