    - Leader likes to monitor u, late for 10min need to inform & replace. When you chill and rest awhile, leader comes find you and ask what u doing. Notice period and even last day, leader also keep requesting you to finish task assigned. - No guaranteed bonus and increment, everything based on performance. But the performance you have to be super outstanding, top 1 in the team then u only able to get bonus/increment or you just stay the same salary after working for 1 years or more. - Likes to track on the error we made instead of our effort. If you pass 9 assessment on time, they will focus on the 1 u didn't make on time. When performance good, then can nego. Culture like sales department but at least sales department have nice commission. This one u do very good also nt good enough for them - No parking allowance, ask u to park place without box and say so far nvr get saman before. - No OT but given task need to OT everyday -Typical sg stingy company, pay little want you work non stop

    Can work here but management need to improve
    The good thingsEasy to get an employment, some good and friendly colleague.
    The challengesTask : Double standard. SOP still need to improve. Management : Have issue of no patience to guide/train newbie and causes a lot of newbie resigned. Example: "Hi, I have 1 question regarding~", the answer is: "Why you can't think yourself". I think this company can grow well in future, and should not let such person to drag the progress down.
