The challengesMNC but operates like a local company. Too many old people in the company so no chance for young employee to move up a ladder n using old traditional strategy. Some people so free, some people so busy, bias, too many gossips, salary so so, long working hour, cannot wfh, Overall, not all MNC is a good company to work for. Can find another company.
