    Not suggest to join this company unless you are jobless, from my experience in my branch no one has worked more than 1 year.
    The good thingsWill let you have the experience to identify bad company and stupid management.
    The challengesThe company will keep transfering you from the current restaurant or office to another state restaurant office to forcing you to resign.
