    Suitable for fresh graduates who want to build experience, but be prepared for constant changes.
    The good thingsSome of the staffs from other departments are friendly and easy to work with
    The challengesHard to understand the HOD expectations, & frequent staff resignations cause instability in the department. Overloaded with work & uneven task distribution, leading to frequent overtime. Micromanaging style makes it hard to work independently.

    The good thingsI've enjoyed learning new skills,meeting different people, and trying experiences outside my comfort zone. Those moments bring me both growth and happiness.

    Having a stressful environment
    The good thingsThe employee benefits is good.
    The challengesNo co-operation between superior and subordinates. The superior will keep blame the subordinates if anything happened without investigations. Stressful with the superior attitude (having a bad temper and always shout to others). Need to learn by ourselves and no support from superior. Career growth also quite slow here.

    The good thingsHarbour is a well known and good established company. It provides comfortable working environment and its a place that able to build your career advancement with provided work hard.

    The good thingsThe company is a well established and well known company in Malaysia. The management are quite systematic and provides comfortable work environment to employees. It is a place that employee can build his/ her career advancement provided with hard work effort.

    The challengesDecentralise of management, the head quarter unable or difficult to manage branches or agency network as most of them are partners of the group. The risk could lead to low efficiency of operation.
