    Very different work environment compared to other hotels
    The good thingsEvery quarter of the year the head of departments will take their staff out for activities depending on the theme. Also every 2 month they will celebrate staff birthdays based on the 2 months. New staff will also be able to have lunch with the General Manager. Staff will also have discount on merchandise, meals and stays.
    The challengesDuring peak period, the hotel will be very busy and hectic. Staff will need to do their best to ensure that all room are fully booked and in excellent condition for guests to enjoy their stay at the hotel.

    The good thingsManagement support the staff as all working in 1 roof to bring up the service to life and help the guest to experience a different kind of environment and importantly staff enjoy every second to inspire the guest
    The challengesNot enjoy working here never come to my mind. Have enjoyed working here as the management though us many things and basically different from the working environment and management support the staff to gain their knowledge income to serve the guest better.

    My experience working at Tropicana Boutique Hotel is valueable and remarkable. Because I learned to do multi works and gain new experiences from that.
    The good thingsI do enjoy working here at Tropicana Boutique Hotel. The employer did treat me in the nicely way and teach me a lot regarding accounting. Salary while working at this hotel actually quite reasonable because I don't have any accounting experiences before. It make my social circle getting bigger day by day. It does make me independent in any way. I love the enviroment and all staff are friendly to other's as well.
    The challengesWhile working there I realised the company should have more staff regarding management department. Because the lack of staff does effects the management, accounting and HR department staff as well.

    The good thingsI enjoyed the new tasks application and others new information of being a great server. Trainings provided and applied to deliver clear information to guests. Working satisfaction is my mission. I would love to be working here again.
    The challengesAs a growing up young woman i'm facing with new environment but i am thankful to have colleagues and managers that helps me alot of getting my job tasks done. Thank you for every advise. I really do appreciate them.

    The good thingsAs an intern, there was ample opportunity to explore and learn about the inner workings of the hotel and its management practices. Everyone goes beyond and above to assist you if you face any difficulties.
