    This industry have high potential in long term sustainability
    The good things- Friendly management - Colleagues knowledge & capability are above average in each role - Involved with cute animals, free BBQ - High Class , corporate style - Being multitasking beyond of your capability (good is u never know what u can actually do until u do it)
    The challenges- A bit of pressure - Management Decision sometimes confuse

    Good company to learn about livestock
    The good thingsGreat colleagues, nice office, learned new things and my managers always there to help.
    The challengesHad to handle two departments at the same time. Often received different orders & final decisions by leader kept changing. Also, I wish they acknowledged maternity matters & improve their staff benefits. Turnover rate is quite high fyi.
