    The good thingsNo office politics, kind managers and bosses, occasional free lunches and after work party. Relaxed and flexible working environment. Not at all a toxic environment. You will feel comfortable here.
    The challengesRuns like a family business instead of a professional corporation. Tasks are given at the whim of the boss, which will be forgotten when other more pressing tasks suddenly appear. No clear system and SOP. Not good for your professional development.
