    Few benefits, Even fewer opportunities for growth
    The good thingsBeing able to work from home on alternate days and a new office building (Though parking is a challenge)
    The challengesLow base salary, few benefits (Not even full month bonuses), and even fewer opportunities for career advancement or growth. There is a disconnect between a company that talks big game about its expansion and growth or how well its doing with its sales and profits yet you don't actually see anything from it no matter how hard you work

    The good thingsThe company have a very clear direction on your performance growth. Office environment is clean and comfortable.

    The challenges-colleague not supportive for new employer their expect you know everything and command to do almost anything (colleague act like superior). -personal sales you need to compete with senior sales who takes sales from you leave you with bad performance -long working hours standing 10am-10pm(after clock out also have extra works) -uncomfortable uniform for working long hours (no sport shoes allowed)

    I get to learn about how to make a sale and attract customers to buy product at Harvey Norman. Also I learn how to manage a store in many aspect such as cleanliness, make a stock check for item in the store and make sure department look tidy and clean.
    The good thingsThe environment of work which is fun and enjoyable. Also coworkers that really helpful and can work in a team. The way of work at Harvey Norman also systematic and professional. Plus, staff get a lof of benefit working under Harvey Norman
    The challengesThe challenges is how to attract customers and convince them to buy products at Harvey Norman. Also, you need to be aggressive and fast when it comes to serve customers. Working as Sales Consultant also trained me how to handle customers and try to solve give solutions to their problems.
