    Pengalaman yang paling buruk untuk top management yang jaga dept harvik glove
    The good thingsKawan kawan kebanyakan ok..
    The challengesIni company yang paling teruk yang pernah saya kerja.. management sial.. buat pekerja macam hamba abdi.. dengan kebanyakan pekerja kontrak disambung-disambung walaupun tiada masalah disiplin.. terutamanya dept harvik glove.. HR betul betul pandang staf bahagian glove macam balaci.. management saja yang betul, perangai diktator.. tak boleh nak bersuara atau bagi pendapat.. dan beribu lagi masalah diktator kebanyakan top management kilang ni.. ada seorang atau dua sahaja yang ok sikit.. belum lagi cakap masalah cuti yang terlalu susah dan mustahil untuk diluluskan kecuali kecemasan katanya.. maksudnya sila kerja sampai mampos selagi tak da kecemasan atau tiada hal yang terlalu penting.. terlalu bodoh bab mental health.. kebajikan pekerja gagal untuk dijaga.. yang penting out put wajib dapat.. kepada HR yang baru yang jaga dept harvik glove, padan muka dan tahniah disebabkan anda dept harvik glove hilang terlalu ramai staf staf serentak..

    Bad management and always think of jeopardize workers. never appreciate good worker.
    The good thingssome of the worker very good and have a team work
    The challengeslot of benefit has been cut and no speciality working in this company. Work load is a manageable, but stressful superior with no humanity towards workers and never think of welfare to the workers.

    Terrible Management and worker
    The good thingsNothing is good there the management people is very harsh on their worker. The worker there are cooperative enough. The working environment is bad inside.
    The challengesNothing is enjoyable there. The working culture inside is terrible. The facilities there are worst than bare minimum.
