    A very good company that emphasise on employee's welfare and mental health.
    The good thingsSupportive team and cheerful environment. Might be stress at time, but boss and supervisor will always there to support. Able to learn a lots from here as we deal with different special needs and therapists always willing to share. Lots of interesting training, and most importantly I can see my career pathway here.
    The challengesPaper works, but it has been significantly reduce a lot.

    The good thingsBeing in this field sometime can be quite stagnant, but this company provide me guidance on what I can achieve next. Colleagues are helpful and supportive. Boss is motivated and very passionate. Been in 2 different special needs school, this is a place where I think I will stay till my retirement
    The challengesLunch time can be challenging, even thou it is provided by the company, but not much choice.
