    No benefits, pay cut, no bonus, no appreciation.
    The good things5 days work. Also, good interaction with others. Also, good access of office to the mall.
    The challengesA lot of politics. Especially the older generation in the department. Pay cut and no bonus. No staff engagement activity, no appreciation of staff. A lot to improve.

    I am in a company that stayed operational even with Covid 19 and economy downturn
    The good thingsThe company went through a terrible financial difficulty during Covid 19 but successfully stay strong. We beat Covid 19
    The challengesA lot of work as manpower cut. Salary was cut but now we are back to normal

    Work Situation and Enviroment
    The good thingsCompany use to be a fun and great place to work. Alot of activity implemented for staff eventhough work was alot but we had fun.
    The challengesNo activity from HR Rachel, not initiative and very rude to staff. Stressful work and salary deduction, at least HR Rachel should do something to improve staff moral.

    NO APPRECIATION FOR LONG TERM STAFF
    The good thingsThings were great when things were going well before the pandemic. Staff benefits and everyone treated well.
    The challengesThey way the boss and HR handled things during the pendamic is terrible. Staff retrenched and also salary cut for such a long period. We as staff have also sacrificed blood sweat and tears for the company. I believed they could have been more considerate even though the company going through a difficult time.

    Five Days Week working days
    The good things5 days week working days was implemented for all employees. All staff happy & gratefull.
    The challengesRachel & Top Mgm removed all staff benefits, , reduce salary, remove medical & etc. Now want to revert back to 5.5 days week.

    The challengesso many staff retrenched/removed exp long serving staff. They not valued & no compensation made. Take in new staff.

    The challengesBut top management dont have Intergrity towards employees & purchasers. Employees r not valued & r manipulated. Promises not honored to purchasers

    Great Teamwork
    The good thingsEnough facilities to be utilized by employees such as pantry, surau, meeting room. Great teamwork showed by all the team members (depends on what department you are in) Got company dinner / events where you are welcomed to join. A great company to work for as starter or fresh graduate, you can actually learned a lot (depends on what department you are in)
    The challengesNo career advancement, no salary increment during that period, very focusing on 'seniority'.
