    The good thingsGood place to learn and gain experience especially in hospitality industry. Currently largest hotel in Melaka with 700+ rooms.
    The challengesMessy management, very little respet for SOP. Terribly undervalues and under appreciates employees. Pay rate is higher than most hotels in Melaka, but be prepared to work your butt off.Very little career growth oppurtunities. Little to no bonuses and increment.

    I have amazing colleagues and work environment.
    The good thingsIt's like being right at home with lots of fun work to complete and exercise on as a team. Everybody at the office is ever ready to assist me on the things I'm not so sure about. I even manage to complete a lot of my personal work inside and outside the office as my boss allows us to be very independent while working which makes my movement and working time very flexible and comfortable for me to complete my tasks on time.
    The challengesSo far the only thing I don't really enjoy is paying for parking every month or on a daily basis. It's a hospitality background and as a PR I sometimes have to leave the building more than once which kinda accumulates my daily expenditure which I'm obviously not very keened on. Other than that, I'm more than happy to be working with this company and with the current colleagues I have on my team.

    The good thingsLearning new things, hpw tp check in and checkout guest, how the hotel is, duties as hotelier, discpline my self, and explore a lot of knowledge as hotelier. Mostly things here are okay. The managemant are good, benefit to their employer is satisfied, plus the salary with service charge, find it at that time the only hotel that pay higher
    The challengesWell, first of all, the time especially when working in shift. But that can overcome now. Mostly, here is okay.

    The good thingslearn to work independent and learn more things during operation. time management is important because without good time management, will be hard to complete the job on the day. and will get the bad image and experience for customer. i have improve my cooking skills during working here. have learned to do as multiply work as helping colleague to complete the task together. team work is important.
    The challengesall the different kind of function and not enough of man power is the challenges. have to stay overtime for 8 until 9 hours if alot of function need to take care of. working time hours from morning 6am until 11pm is the most hard part as its 3 or 4 days continuos like that. need to take care of the function and the buffet at the same time. help the different department for the function as well.
