    The good thingsLearn a lot of knowledge and skills, get along with friendly colleagues, beautiful working place, chances to liase with banking officers and auditors, plenty much working space, every year having bonus, annual leaves and public holiday more than labour law standard
    The challengesStress with routine tasks and ad-hoc tasks, dealing with perfectionism superiors, lousy accounting software, need to listen to every different departments managers, high turnover of employees, tight cashflow causes stressful from suppliers chasing payment, salary range below market value, bad management

    The good thingsHave more Public Holidays and Annual Leave than other companies. Less supervising if get the job done on time. Flexible working time - can apply time-out if needed and replaced it within a week time, that's awesome. Working environment is great, friendly colleagues, easy to get along with.
    The challengesOrganization Structure is not well organized and structured. Employees turnover is high, especially Human Resources, averagely changed in every 6 months. The computer system is incomplete, it caused a lot of unnecessary issued. However, the Company did not intend to solve it. Very bad management! e.g. a new implement policy was withdrawn on the implementation date without reason given.
